Delete your BuddyTrips account

This page is for users of the BuddyTrips app, published by ALVASYA LLC. You can delete your account and the data associated with it in two ways. You do not need to have the app installed to use the second one.

1. From the app

Open BuddyTrips and sign in.
Open your Profile (the account icon on the home screen).
Scroll to Delete account and confirm.

2. By e-mail (no app needed)

Write to privacy@buddytrips.com from the e-mail address of your BuddyTrips account, with the subject “Delete my BuddyTrips account”. We use the sender address to verify that the request comes from the account owner; if you signed in with Apple and used “Hide My Email”, tell us that in the message.

What happens next

Your account is scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period. If you sign back in during those 30 days, the deletion is cancelled automatically. After 30 days the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleted: your sign-in identity (e-mail, Apple/Google ID), display name, and all strictly personal data — including any allergy or dietary/medical notes you entered for yourself.
Trips shared with other members stay intact for those members; ownership moves automatically to the longest-standing remaining member. Trips with no other member are deleted with the account.
Kept, disconnected from your identity: anonymous usage counters (which service was used, how many units, approximate country) that we keep for cost control and abuse prevention. They cannot be linked back to you after deletion.
Data processed on our behalf by service providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Cloud, Supabase) is subject to their own retention limits, described in our privacy policy; we do not keep copies beyond what is listed above.

Șterge contul BuddyTrips

Pagina asta e pentru utilizatorii aplicației BuddyTrips, publicată de ALVASYA LLC. Poți șterge contul și datele asociate lui în două feluri. Pentru al doilea nu ai nevoie să mai ai aplicația instalată.

1. Din aplicație

Deschide BuddyTrips și conectează-te.
Deschide Profilul (iconița de cont de pe ecranul principal).
Mergi la Șterge contul și confirmă.

2. Prin e-mail (fără aplicație)

Scrie la privacy@buddytrips.com de pe adresa de e-mail a contului tău BuddyTrips, cu subiectul „Șterge contul meu BuddyTrips”. Folosim adresa expeditorului ca să verificăm că cererea vine de la titularul contului; dacă te-ai conectat cu Apple și ai folosit „Hide My Email”, spune-ne asta în mesaj.

Ce se întâmplă apoi

Contul e programat pentru ștergere, cu o perioadă de grație de 30 de zile. Dacă te conectezi din nou în acest interval, ștergerea se anulează automat. După 30 de zile ștergerea e definitivă și nu mai poate fi anulată.
Se șterg: identitatea de conectare (e-mail, ID Apple/Google), numele afișat și toate datele strict personale — inclusiv alergiile sau notele dietetice/medicale introduse pentru tine.
Călătoriile partajate cu alți membri rămân intacte pentru ei; proprietatea trece automat la membrul cu cea mai mare vechime. Călătoriile fără alt membru se șterg odată cu contul.
Se păstrează, deconectate de identitatea ta: contoare anonime de utilizare (ce serviciu, câte unități, țara aproximativă), ținute pentru controlul costurilor și prevenirea abuzului. După ștergere nu mai pot fi legate de tine.
Datele procesate în numele nostru de furnizori (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Cloud, Supabase) urmează termenele lor de retenție, descrise în politica de confidențialitate; nu păstrăm copii dincolo de ce e enumerat mai sus.
